Activity: Walking
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs
Snack: Orange
Lunch: Salad (veggies, chicken & balsamic vinaigrette) I didn't get any cheese or craisins (saturated fat or sugar….that was hard)
Snack: Orange & Apple
Dinner: marinated grilled Chicken kabob & cabbage, carrot & broccoli medley
Snack: Sugar free gum
Beverage: Water
