I don’t know why but I’ve hit a rut! It may be these cloudy skies but I need to shake it off! I did get my steps but just barely. This girl needs a little sunshine in her life but is thankful for the rain that is preparing the way for the spring flowers!While in the doctors office I was reading about speed walking...that peeked my interest...stay tune!
